General Information on the Eurasian patent organization

The Eurasian patent office of the Eurasian patent organization is an intergovernmental and international organization based on the Eurasian Patent Convention (EAPC). The EAPO provides services for protection of intellectual and industry property granting the Eurasian patents after consideration of received applications for different types of inventions. By now, the EAPO has registered more than 10000 patents in the Register of the Eurasian patents, the action of which, after paying all initial and annual maintenance fees, covers the territory of all Contracting States* of the Eurasian Patent Convention.
